Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

QASE is seeking a full‑time Sales & Marketing Specialist to join its hospitality benchmarking team in Kampala, Uganda. You will drive sales initiatives, design marketing strategies, and manage client relationships to support the company’s mission of elevating service excellence in hotels and resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns that promote QASE’s benchmarking services.
• Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Train team members on sales processes and best practices.
• Implement sales management practices and track performance metrics.
• Identify new opportunities for client acquisition and increased satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry, especially with auditing services.
• Strategic thinking and strong organizational skills for planning marketing activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (a plus).
