Sales Representative – Furniture Board & Construction Formwork

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote and sell core products such as furniture board, construction formwork, ceiling panels, hardware and power tools. The role focuses on expanding market presence, acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with engineering channels, distributors and manufacturers in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market expansion and client acquisition for core products, targeting engineering channels, building materials distributors, interior design firms and furniture manufacturers to meet regional sales targets.
• Maintain existing client relationships by providing end‑to‑end services including product consultation, quotations, order tracking and after‑sales coordination to boost repeat purchases.
• Research regional market dynamics, competitor pricing and channel policies; report market demands and industry trends to inform pricing and new product launches.
• Adhere to company sales protocols, accurately complete sales reports and client records, and collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with at least 1 year of experience in building materials, hardware, power tools or B2B sales; recent graduates accepted with systematic training.
• Strong market development capabilities, commercial negotiation skills and ability to work under sales performance pressure.
• Understanding of furniture board, construction formwork, hardware specifications and power‑tool functionalities.
• Demonstrated responsibility, execution capability, teamwork spirit and honesty.

Required skills
