Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to join Kowalink’s remote team. You will drive the full sales cycle for our social‑commerce platform, helping entrepreneurs and social sellers adopt our mobile‑first solution.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads through inbound and outbound channels.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and tailor platform features to customer needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Collaborate with customer support and product teams to relay feedback and improve messaging.
• Develop and deliver sales training materials for partners or internal teams as required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales, including prospecting, qualification and closing.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting.
• Comfortable working remotely with high self‑discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent preferred.
