Salesperson – Advertising Solutions

About the role

The Insurance Agency is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to work on‑site in Kampala. You will identify and approach potential clients, present advertising solutions and build lasting relationships with businesses that want to promote their products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and generate leads through calls, visits and networking.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams to translate client requirements into effective campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales records and track performance against targets.
• Represent the agency at client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in advertising or marketing services.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel locally for on‑site client visits.
