Security Guards and Supervisors – Full‑time (45+2 positions)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Kawaala Central and offers positions for Security Guards and Supervisors. Candidates will work alongside K9 units to protect people, property and assets while ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and monitor entrances and exits, working alongside K9 units.
• Report incidents, respond to alarms or emergencies, and enforce site rules.
• Supervisors coordinate patrol schedules, oversee guard teams and prepare shift and incident reports.
• Maintain professional demeanor, follow safety protocols and collaborate with K9 handlers.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Physical fitness to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods.
• Experience in security, law enforcement or military service is beneficial.
• For supervisors: prior leadership or shift‑management experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of physical and private security practices.
• Understanding of personnel security and identification checks.
• Ability to observe, report accurately and solve problems under pressure.
