About the role
Donswift Company Limited is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Kampala. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing management and statutory reports, and ensuring compliance with tax and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and oversee daily bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure timely submission of management and statutory reports.
- Supervise the accounting team and ensure compliance with tax, financial, and company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
