Senior IT Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant to join our Advisory team in Kampala. You will lead technology advisory assignments across banking, finance and insurance sectors, ensuring high‑quality delivery from planning through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT advisory projects, guaranteeing deliverables meet client expectations, timelines and firm quality standards.
• Supervise work streams, review outputs and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Engage with client leadership to define objectives, report progress and present findings.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex technical matters into clear business insights.
• Mentor junior staff, support business development activities and contribute to practice growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT advisory or consulting.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience in at least two of the listed advisory domains.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
