Senior Key Accounts Manager

About the role

BagginsHQ, an international technology company, is looking for a Senior Key Accounts Manager to lead strategic customer relationships, support sales teams, and drive verified revenue across an assigned portfolio of accounts in Uganda.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of the assigned portfolio and drive revenue growth.
• Support Enterprise Sales Executives and Sales Agents throughout the sales cycle to improve conversion rates.
• Participate in customer meetings requiring commercial or technical expertise, including solution presentations and negotiations.
• Ensure sales opportunities progress efficiently to verified revenue.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic accounts, conducting regular account reviews.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding and ongoing customer success, resolving escalated concerns.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell, contract renewal, and reactivation opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 60 months (5 years) of experience in key account management or sales.
• Proven ability to generate, protect, and grow verified revenue.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with strategic customers.
