Senior Manager Accounting

About the role

As Senior Manager Accounting you will lead the accounting, reporting and governance activities for DP World Logistics across Poland, Hungary, Czechia and Slovakia, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes for Logistics operations in the four countries.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local statutory regulations.
• Maintain robust internal controls, governance frameworks and compliance processes.
• Oversee balance‑sheet reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing required documentation and responses.
• Partner with local and group finance teams to resolve intercompany balances and variances.
• Support group consolidation activities and align with corporate reporting requirements.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including implementation and optimisation of Oracle FCCS and business intelligence tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, consolidation and financial controls within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, audit requirements and financial governance.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple countries.
