Senior Medical Sales Representative

About the role

MR Health is seeking a highly connected and results‑driven professional to expand its diagnostic partnership network across Kampala. This senior position focuses on building strategic collaborations with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients to generate a steady pipeline of diagnostic bookings, rather than traditional pharmaceutical sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard high‑traffic pharmacies, negotiate referral agreements, and train staff on MR Health’s booking system.
• Develop relationships with private clinics, medical centres, and hospitals lacking in‑house labs, securing long‑term referral contracts.
• Approach companies to establish employee wellness programs and recurring health‑screening contracts.
• Maintain and grow existing partner relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and provide market intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development.
• Established network with pharmacy owners, clinic managers, hospital administrators, and corporate decision‑makers in Kampala.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial partnerships and close deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; self‑driven and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
