Senior Sales Administration (FIT)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Administrator (FIT) to lead the end‑to‑end administration of our sales operations. The role ensures smooth order processing, invoicing and customer communication while supporting the sales team with accurate data and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders, coordinate shipping and manage invoicing.
• Work closely with the Logistics Operations team to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, maintaining all required documents and information.
• Handle customer communications, respond to inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Analyse customer complaints and constraints to propose corrective actions.
• Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and conducting data analysis for decision‑making.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase the efficiency of sales administration processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales administration or customer‑support roles within a fast‑paced business environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities, detail‑orientation and the capacity to multitask.
• Team‑player who can prioritize tasks effectively.
