Spa Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Kamwokya, Kampala. You will deliver a range of high‑quality spa treatments while ensuring a relaxing and safe environment for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Perform massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, pedicures and manicures according to client needs.
• Assess clients, recommend suitable treatments and retail products.
• Maintain clean, organized and hygienic treatment rooms and equipment.
• Record accurate client treatment notes and service history.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Promote spa services and retail items to increase revenue.
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a spa, wellness centre or hotel spa.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
