Specialist – Funds & Fiduciary Services Operations

About the role

The Specialist in Funds & Fiduciary Services Operations will support Standard Chartered’s Group strategy by improving fund services processes and managing operational risk. Acting as a key liaison between clients and Global Business Services, the role ensures accurate daily NAV reporting and smooth client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding, including documentation, system setup on SeCCure and Multifonds, and collaboration with Sales and Implementation teams.
• Manage daily Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency transactions, ensuring timely and accurate NAV reporting.
• Review and enhance Fund Services processes, driving automation and best‑practice adoption while maintaining a strong control environment.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, GBS hubs, compliance, risk and audit teams to address operational risks and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of investment accounting experience and 2–5 years in investment administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in CIS pricing, NAV calculations and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders and to manage operational risks.

Required skills

• Fund Accounting expertise.
• Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation.
• Knowledge of SeCCure and Multifonds platforms.
• Data management and compliance monitoring.
