Systems Completion Coordinator – Oil & Gas

About the role

The Systems Completion Coordinator reports to the Systems Completion Manager and is responsible for coordinating the development of system packages and hand‑over documentation. The role ensures data integrity within the project’s Completions Management System and supports the execution of the Completions Plan on large oil & gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team and client to maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain data integrity in the selected Completions Management System.
• Implement the project’s Completions Plan and coordinate activities across Completions, Quality, Construction, Commissioning and Company personnel.
• Ensure all ITPs, pre‑commissioning and commissioning check sheets are completed and signed off in the database.
• Work with the Systems Completion Manager to define system packages correctly in the database.
• Liaise with the Systems Completion Administrator, Punchlist Coordinator and Preservation Coordinator to keep progress, punchlist and preservation records up to date.
• Plan daily activities based on schedule requirements and available work fronts.
• Interface with SMP, E&I and Buildings subcontractors for all completion activities.
• Review interfaces with vendors and third‑party contractors.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 3 years experience on EPC projects as a completions specialist, coordinator or administrator.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry in a completions role.
• Knowledge of OPERCOM and ICAPS (or other completions management systems) is essential.
