Technical Support Engineer

About the role

P&P Fintech Limited is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join its fast‑growing technology solutions team. You will provide first‑ and second‑line support to clients, helping them modernise, secure and optimise their IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line technical support for hardware, software, operating systems and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain servers, endpoints, enterprise devices and overall IT infrastructure.
• Support networking equipment, firewalls, wireless solutions, storage, backup and cloud services.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, cybersecurity solutions and software licensing.
• Document incidents, maintain support records and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across hardware, software, networking and operating systems.
• Experience in a technical support or help‑desk role is an advantage.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and customer‑service skills.
