About the role
We are looking for a technically skilled Trainer of Automotive Technicians to strengthen our technical capability through structured training and support day‑to‑day technical operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training and staff development programs for automotive technicians.
- Provide technical support and coordinate field activities.
- Supervise operations, ensure quality assurance and equipment accountability.
- Lead projects, research and development initiatives, and manage tools, stock and administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Diploma in automotive or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technically proficient, analytical, and customer‑centric.
- Strong problem‑solving, organized, self‑motivated and good communication skills.
- Valid motorbike permit; knowledge of the telematics industry is a plus.
