About the role

The Travel Information and Reservation Officer will assist clients with travel inquiries and bookings, providing detailed information on destinations, packages, and services. The role involves managing reservations, handling customer requests efficiently, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in travel or tourism roles.
• Hold a Travel and Tourism certification such as an IATA Qualification.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office for efficient booking management.
• Familiarity with travel software such as Amadeus and Sabre to process reservations.
