VRF Sales Specialist

About the role

The VRF Sales Specialist will drive sales of variable refrigerant flow (VRF/VRV) solutions across commercial, institutional, hospitality and residential projects. You will act as the technical bridge between clients and our design team, ensuring the right cooling solutions are specified and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop VRF/VRV opportunities in target sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, MEP contractors, developers and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to gather cooling requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate equipment selection, BOQs, drawings and technical submissions with the design team.
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, commercial proposals and product presentations.
• Negotiate within approved limits and convert qualified leads into orders.
• Maintain weekly project pipeline, sales forecast and action plans.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, logistics, installation and after‑sales teams to track payments and resolve project issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, Sales/Marketing or related field.
• 2‑3 years of project‑based HVAC sales experience; direct VRF/VRV experience preferred.
• Strong technical selling, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to interpret drawings/specifications and travel regularly.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
