About the role

The program is designed to develop practical skills in engineering, finance, sales and marketing while supporting early‑career development.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams across engineering, finance, sales and marketing functions.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting for ongoing initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Participate in financial reporting and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical assessments.
• Attend structured training sessions and mentorship meetings.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Sales or Marketing.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in the energy sector.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
