Admin Logistic Supervisor – Facility & Operations Management

About the role

The Admin Logistic Supervisor oversees day‑to‑day logistical and administrative support services for the company in Kapeeka, ensuring a clean, safe and cost‑effective environment for all staff. The role leads a team of support personnel and coordinates with internal departments and external providers to maintain high standards of facility management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the staff canteen: ensure quality, hygienic meals, monitor food safety compliance, control budgets and supervise vendors and staff.
• Supervise factory hygiene, waste segregation, pest control and landscaping to meet company policies and Ugandan environmental and health regulations.
• Oversee staff dormitories: allocate rooms, conduct regular inspections, address accommodation issues and keep accurate occupancy records.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of office buildings, dormitories and related facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC systems.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, monitor performance, and control costs across all support services.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising support or facilities staff.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and Ugandan environmental/health regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Familiarity with routine maintenance of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC systems.
