Admin Logistic Supervisor

About the role

The Admin Logistic Supervisor will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the staff canteen, factory hygiene, dormitory management and facility maintenance for Twyford International in Uganda. Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness and cost‑effectiveness across all support services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the staff canteen, including menu planning, supplier contracts, food safety compliance and budget control.
• Supervise cleaning, waste segregation, pest control and landscaping to meet hygiene and environmental regulations.
• Oversee staff dormitories, handling allocations, inspections, maintenance requests and resident concerns.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of offices, dormitories and plant facilities, managing internal staff and external contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, occupancy, utility consumption and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum four years (48 months) of relevant experience in logistics, facilities or administrative supervision.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers and lead small teams.
• Good knowledge of Ugandan food safety, health, environmental and building regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
