Admissions Counselor / Tele‑Sales Representative

About the role

The Admissions Counselor / Tele‑Sales Representative will engage prospective students, guide them through the enrollment process, and drive conversions for Astria Learning’s programmes. Working remotely, you will combine outreach, counseling, and payment coordination to ensure a smooth admissions journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to prospects via phone, WhatsApp and email, presenting programme details and enrollment timelines.
• Assist applicants in completing forms, reviewing documentation for completeness, and confirming eligibility.
• Provide personalized counseling, answering questions about curricula, fees, deadlines and payment procedures.
• Explain and follow up on enrollment fees and deposits, coordinating with the finance team to verify payments.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with each lead, using nurturing techniques to improve retention and conversion rates.
• Record all interactions, application statuses and payment confirmations accurately in the CRM system.
• Submit periodic reports on lead progress, payment status and successful enrollments to the Admissions Team Lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, call‑center or customer‑service roles.
• Strong ethical standards and respect for student data privacy.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support students across different time zones.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms for data entry and reporting.
