Admissions Representative – Undergraduate Recruitment

About the role

The Admissions Representative will recruit prospective students within a designated geographic territory, helping the university meet both individual and overall enrollment goals. This full‑time, on‑site position involves building relationships with students, families, high school counselors, and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective students in the assigned territory.
• Serve as the university’s liaison to families, high school guidance counselors, and college access professionals.
• Review applications for admission in accordance with university policies.
• Communicate admission decisions and provide guidance throughout the enrollment process.
• Participate in campus visits, recruitment events, and other outreach activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in admissions, sales, communications, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Commitment to the university’s Christian mission and willingness to actively participate in a local church.
