About the role
The Admissions Customer Service Representative and Processor will serve as the primary liaison between prospective students, families, and the university. Working within a designated geographic territory, you will help recruit and enroll new undergraduates while upholding the Christian mission of Carson‑Newman University.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, high‑school counselors, and college‑access professionals.
- Review and process admission applications in accordance with university policies.
- Communicate admission decisions, answer inquiries, and guide applicants through the enrollment process.
- Participate in campus visits, recruitment events, and other outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow‑up with all stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Collaborative, team‑oriented work style.
- Commitment to the university’s Christian values and willingness to attend a local church.
