Admissions Customer Service Representative and Processor

About the role

The Admissions Customer Service Representative and Processor will serve as the primary liaison between prospective students, families, and the university. Working within a designated geographic territory, you will help recruit and enroll new undergraduates while upholding the Christian mission of Carson‑Newman University.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, high‑school counselors, and college‑access professionals.
• Review and process admission applications in accordance with university policies.
• Communicate admission decisions, answer inquiries, and guide applicants through the enrollment process.
• Participate in campus visits, recruitment events, and other outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow‑up with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
