Agency Development Executive

About the role

The Agency Development Executive will report to the Head of Agency Development and will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and growing Prudential agents to meet key business targets. This role focuses on building high‑performing teams, improving persistency, and driving agents toward the million‑dollar earnings threshold.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor agents to achieve new‑business, premium‑income, average‑income, product‑mix and active‑agent targets.
• Develop agents into team leaders and support team leaders to become Agency Supervisors.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions for under‑performing team leaders based on monthly scorecards.
• Promote a culture of quality business and improve persistency rates.
• Grow agents’ earnings to reach the millionaire threshold and open new markets for team leaders.
• Enforce agency standards, discipline, and compliance within teams.
• Provide weekly accurate reporting on all key metrics and activities.
• Perform any additional duties as required by senior leadership.
