Area Sales Manager – Phone Financing

About the role
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive phone financing sales across Kamwokya and surrounding areas. The role involves leading a team of agents, partnering with phone shops, and ensuring weekly sales and repayment targets are met. The manager reports directly to the Head of Sales and is responsible for daily performance reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of phone sales agents.
- Onboard new partner phone shops and ensure they sell consistently each week.
- Achieve weekly sales targets while keeping customer repayments on track.
- Submit daily sales reports to the Head of Sales.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
- At least 2 years managing a team of 20 or more agents or promoters.
- Experience in phone sales, device financing, mobile money, or pay‑as‑you‑go products.
- Established relationships with phone shops around Kampala.
- Ability to travel daily across Kampala.
