Artificial Lift / Completions Lead Field Specialist

About the role

The Artificial Lift / Completions Lead Field Specialist is responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of artificial lift and completion services to customers. You will lead field installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare artificial lift and completions equipment and tools for field deployment.
• Participate in pre‑job readiness activities such as CWOP, site visits, and job briefs.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of equipment including ESP, ESPCP, HPS, VSD, TRSV, production packer, DCIN, seal assembly, MFIV, electrical & hydraulic control lines, injection valve, cable protector, adjustable union, and shifting tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair surface equipment, hand pumps, and chart recorders.
• Capture field data accurately and ensure timely delivery of job deliverables.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to team members and enforce HSE policies.
• Conduct risk analysis, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Engage with customers to promote products and participate in service quality meetings.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a technical, engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in artificial lift operations, including field installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP, ESPCP, HPS, VSD, and related equipment.
• Proven ability to deliver innovative technical solutions and support to customers.

Required skills

• Expertise with ESP, ESPCP, HPS, VSD, TRSV, production packer, DCIN, seal assembly, MFIV.
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic control lines, injection valve, cable protector, adjustable union, shifting tool.
• Commissioning and troubleshooting of variable speed drives and surface equipment.
• Strong field data capture and HSE compliance skills.
