About the role
Join Ab Inbev Africa as an Operator responsible for interpreting and implementing the production plan on shift, ensuring quality, safety and productivity in line with VPO standards.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and implement the production plan for each shift.
- Monitor and control production processes using VPO tools such as OWS, Team Rooms and 5S.
- Perform quality analysis and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Manage waste and by‑products during the shift.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and follow escalation procedures.
- Execute VPO implementation plans and ensure shift goals are achieved.
- Complete required administration and training compliance on time.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and detail‑focused.
- Ethical team player with strong communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital tools used on shift (OWS, Team Rooms, 5S).
- Computer skills and ability to use VPO administration systems.
