About the role

The Golf Club is looking for a front‑desk and administrative assistant to welcome members and guests, support sales in the club shop, and help organise golf events. This position combines customer service, retail, and office duties in a scenic golf environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reception and customer service for members and visitors.
• Sell and advise customers in the golf shop, handling cash and invoicing.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of tournaments, lessons and special events.
• Perform secretarial and administrative tasks, including paperwork and data entry.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Vocational qualification (e.g., Bac Pro sales) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail.
• Good command of German and English.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, endurance and a neat appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
