Azure Cloud Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to design, implement and manage secure, scalable and cost‑efficient solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role involves leading cloud migration projects, establishing architecture standards and collaborating with DevOps, development and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure, scalable, highly available Azure infrastructures.
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, policies and roadmaps.
• Optimize Azure resources for performance and cost efficiency.
• Implement security, governance and compliance controls.
• Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps, development and security teams to integrate solutions.
• Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in Azure architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of Azure core services such as VMs, Virtual Networks, Azure AD, Storage, App Services, AKS and Azure SQL.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform or similar).
• Understanding of networking, identity management and cloud security concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Azure Solutions Architect Associate or Expert certification preferred.
