About the role
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide clinical leadership for the design and oversight of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans. Working closely with autism specialists, registered behavior technicians, therapists, and families, the BCBA ensures that interventions are ethical, evidence‑based, and aligned with each client’s goals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop personalized ABA programs.
- Design, implement, and monitor evidence‑based interventions across home, clinic, and community settings.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and other team members to ensure fidelity of treatment delivery.
- Collaborate with caregivers to educate them on behavior principles and support family involvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to program quality improvement.
Required profile
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Strong understanding of ABA theory and ethical practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
