Business Development Officer – Preventive Healthcare

About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive growth for VitalScan’s preventive healthcare platform by identifying and securing new business opportunities across individuals, corporate clients, insurers, and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads, conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Develop proposals, negotiate and close strategic partnerships and contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to refine offerings and support market positioning.
• Monitor market trends, prepare performance reports, and recommend data‑driven strategies to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven business development and sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation and closing.
• Strong account management and relationship‑building skills with corporate and healthcare partners.
• Strategic planning and market analysis capability to identify new segments and growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, diagnostics or technology‑driven services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and adapt in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
