Business Development Representative

About the role

National Corporate Housing is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand its client base and deliver tailored housing solutions for global business travelers. You will build relationships, uncover opportunities, and help grow the business across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients using a consultative sales approach.
• Prospect, cold‑call and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory to generate revenue.
• Identify and expand existing accounts by presenting the full range of housing services across multiple business segments.
• Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events and networking functions to strengthen brand presence.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, using CRM tools and data to track activities, forecast growth and prioritize outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development or a client‑facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold‑call and manage a sales pipeline with precision.
• Comfortable traveling within the territory (mileage reimbursed) and reliable transportation.
• Strategic thinker who solves problems creatively and approaches challenges with a solutions‑first mindset.
