Key responsibilities

• Manage all operations and maintenance in the Engine Room on board vessels.
• Lead the engine room team daily and coordinate with the technical department.
• Plan operational maintenance and prepare repair periods.
• Conduct risk assessments for unexpected situations and advise Vessel/Fleet Management.
• Develop and assess the engineers within your team.

Required profile

• Mandatory STCW training.
• Advanced Gas Tanker certificate.
• Good command of English.
• Experience working with mixed‑nationality crews.
