Client Relationship Manager – Pension & Insurance

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will oversee an assigned portfolio of pension and insurance clients, delivering relationship management, consultancy and advisory services. The role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction, driving business growth and ensuring regulatory compliance in line with the organisation's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate formal and informal client meetings, ensuring compliance with regulatory and service level standards.
• Plan and coordinate trainings and events to meet client expectations and business objectives.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships to boost brand visibility and business growth.
• Represent the business at external industry forums and stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain internal service standards and client SLAs, proactively managing complaints and non‑compliance.
• Conduct risk and compliance reviews, educate clients on regulatory changes, and prepare internal management reports.
• Provide secretarial support, coordinate annual financial audits and address audit findings.
• Develop and distribute business communications, offer advisory guidance on administration and regulatory matters, and assist in contracting service providers.
• Achieve individual revenue targets, monitor KPIs, and contribute to departmental financial forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship management within the pension or insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to represent the organisation externally.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and drive business development.
