About the role

Balloon Ventures is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join its growing team. This commission‑based position focuses on identifying new client opportunities and delivering high‑quality customer service across Uganda. The role offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home part of the time while still engaging with prospects in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients for Balloon Ventures' investment services.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the service industry.
• Ability to convey basic financial literacy concepts to clients.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and comfortable working remotely.
• Previous experience with a similar target market is a plus.
