About the role
Mobiserve Holding is seeking a Consultant on a contract basis in Kampala. The role combines on‑site collaboration with flexible work‑from‑home days, focusing on analysing and improving operational and business processes across telecom projects.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse operational and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, interpret and visualise data, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project planning, execution and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
- Recommend and help implement solutions that enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Ensure client requirements and service‑level agreements are met.
- Align initiatives with Mobiserve’s regional strategic objectives.
Required profile
- Demonstrated expertise and track record in executing joint/combined legal and financial audits.
- Relevant professional certifications.
- Proven experience working with organisations in a consultancy or audit capacity.
