Courier and Last Mile Solutions Manager

About the role

The Courier and Last Mile Solutions Manager will lead the creation, design, and scaling of our new Courier and Last Mile Delivery Business Unit. You will shape the business model, forge strategic partnerships, and drive nationwide execution to position Pebuu as a premier last‑mile delivery partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy, go‑to‑market plan, and growth roadmap for the unit.
• Lead end‑to‑end inception and operationalisation, designing scalable operating models, SOPs, controls and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee nationwide delivery operations, ensuring service excellence, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT to implement parcel tracking, proof‑of‑delivery, route management and operational reporting systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, regulators and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in courier, logistics or last‑mile delivery operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record scaling and managing courier operations for reputable companies.
• Valid driving permit with practical driving experience.
