About the role
We are seeking a Creative Lead who can turn ideas into engaging videos. You will work closely with the founder to produce high‑quality, ready‑to‑publish content.
Key responsibilities
- Research interesting stories and propose fresh content ideas.
- Write clear scripts with strong openings.
- Plan each shoot and prepare all necessary equipment.
- Guide the founder on delivering lines and performing on camera.
- Set up lighting, sound, and camera angles for quality recordings.
- Direct and manage filming sessions.
- Edit videos and create multiple pieces of content from one session.
- Deliver finished content ready for publishing.
Required profile
- Ability to take an idea through to a finished video.
- Understanding of storytelling, emotion, suspense, and humour.
- Knowledge of Ugandan audiences and what captures their attention.
- Confidence to guide on‑camera talent and suggest story improvements.
- Initiative, strong preparation, and deadline‑orientation.
