Experience Designer

About the role

The Experience Designer will create high‑quality, user‑centered design solutions that drive product success. This role blends research, interaction design, and prototyping to ensure digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, translate findings into personas and journey maps, and turn business requirements into intuitive UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop high‑fidelity prototypes and interactive designs, iterating based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and agile squad members to ensure designs are feasible, meet product requirements, and are implemented effectively.
• Apply and contribute to the design system, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards.

Required profile

• First‑degree qualification in Design Studies, Information Studies or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of demonstrated professional experience in experience or interaction design.
• Proven ability to analyse data, generate reports and presentations, and apply methodologies for client journeys and persona development.
