Creative Script Writer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative, imaginative, and detail‑oriented script writer to craft compelling narratives for our clients across YouTube videos, commercials, television, and digital campaigns. You will work closely with production and creative teams to turn rough ideas into polished, production‑ready screenplays that align with our brand voice and content strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and write engaging, high‑quality scripts tailored to specific media formats.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and the wider creative team to develop story ideas, themes, and character arcs.
• Conduct deep research to ensure factual accuracy, realism, and authenticity in every script.
• Craft realistic dialogue and pace action to advance the plot and reflect character personalities.
• Participate in script readings and revise scripts based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain consistency and proper industry formatting throughout all scripts.
• Manage multiple writing projects and meet strict production deadlines without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, English, Communications, Film, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven professional experience as a script writer, screenwriter, or copywriter.
• Exceptional narrative development skills with a strong grasp of pacing, structure, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to pitch concepts and incorporate constructive criticism.
• Strong familiarity with scriptwriting software such as Final Draft, Celtx, or Fade In.
• A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of scripts or produced work.
• Flexibility to adapt writing style to various target audiences and evolving project requirements.
