Direct Sales Agent (Commission‑Based)

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for motivated Direct Sales Agents in Uganda to promote its digital services portfolio. As an independent contractor you will work on your own schedule, from any location, and earn commissions on every successful sale you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients – businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals – who could benefit from BagginsHQ’s digital services.
• Register clients on the BagginsHQ platform using the dedicated agent portal.
• Match clients with appropriate services such as digital marketing, hosting, corporate email, Baggins TV subscriptions and more.
• Generate service orders and invoices through the portal; the system handles order processing.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Track earnings, request withdrawals and monitor performance via the agent dashboard.

Required profile

• Self‑driven and comfortable working without direct supervision.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Good communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Reliable internet access and a device capable of using the online agent portal.
