About the role
We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales efforts. The role focuses on using consultative sales methods and targeted marketing strategies to generate new business and close deals, while reporting directly to the Insurance Agency Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential insurance clients through market research and outreach.
- Apply consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales objectives.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
- Maintain regular communication with the Sales Manager and provide progress updates.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- Strong communication, business planning, interpersonal and marketing abilities.
Required skills
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Business planning and strategic thinking.
- Interpersonal relationship building.
- Marketing knowledge applied to sales contexts.
