Dual Enrollment Technician

About the role

The Upland Unified School District is seeking a Dual Enrollment Technician to support its dual enrollment programs. This position involves handling clerical tasks, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between high schools and post‑secondary institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and file all required enrollment documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of student eligibility and program participation.
• Assist students and families with enrollment inquiries and provide guidance on required paperwork.
• Coordinate with district offices to schedule and administer the required clerical exam.
• Update and manage enrollment databases and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to submit a Letter of Introduction, two recent letters of recommendation, proof of graduation, and a resume.
• Successful completion of the UUSD clerical exam (certificate upload required if already passed).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
