Early Years Instructor – Seasonal (October Half Term)

About the role

Join Ultimate Activity Camps as an Early Years Instructor for the October half‑term. You will work onsite with 4‑ and 5‑year‑old children, delivering a range of sports, art and play activities that meet EYFS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the welfare and safety of all children throughout the camp day.
• Plan and lead structured sports, art and play sessions for Early Years groups.
• Follow EYFS learning and development guidelines while focusing on participation and quality.
• Act as the primary pastoral contact for 4‑ and 5‑year‑olds, supporting their wellbeing.
• Collaborate with the Early Years Leader to maintain high‑quality care and activity standards.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for working with young children (4‑5 years old).
• Ability to follow guidance from the Early Years Leader and camp policies.
• Availability to work weekdays 8:30 am – 5:30 pm during the October half‑term.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a paediatric first‑aid qualification (preferred for extra hours).
