Ecosystems Manager

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking an Ecosystems Manager to drive coordinated cross‑selling of investment, general insurance and life assurance solutions across its three Business Units. The role will grow revenue, enhance client value and increase brand visibility by managing multi‑product relationships and delivering integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue cross‑selling opportunities for Investment, General Insurance and Life Assurance products within the existing client base.
• Act as the primary relationship point for clients spanning multiple Business Units, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Develop and execute cross‑sell and client engagement plans aligned with each unit’s marketing and distribution strategy.
• Originate new business, introduce prospective clients to relevant units and support onboarding.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships to protect and grow wallet share while reducing attrition.
• Track, report and analyse cross‑sell pipeline, conversion rates and retention performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• 3–5 years’ experience in relationship management, sales or business development within financial services or insurance.
• Demonstrated experience in cross‑selling or multi‑product client management (advantageous).
• Professional qualification in insurance, financial services or marketing is a plus.
