Executive Sales

About the role

The Executive Sales role at Marriott International supports the Sales & Marketing team by handling guest inquiries, reservations, and loyalty program transactions while promoting Marriott’s brand and maximizing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and process guest calls, requests, and reservations via phone, fax or mail.
• Utilize sales techniques to up‑sell services and maintain guest loyalty.
• Process Marriott Rewards points redemptions and enter reservation data into the system.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as reward points, tickets or certificates to valued guests.
• Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing and faxing to support the Sales & Marketing department.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, serving as a role model.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
• Support guests with a welcoming attitude, anticipate needs and ensure high service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, hospitality or customer service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and email handling.
