Experience Promoter – Visitor & Public Relations

About the role

First Quantum is looking for an enthusiastic Experience Promoter to represent the company to external audiences. You will guide visitors, communicate key messages, and ensure a safe, informative experience at mining‑related events and site tours.

Key responsibilities

• Represent First Quantum to external publics, delivering clear and truthful information aligned with corporate messaging.
• Participate in on‑site and off‑site programs such as fairs, talks, exhibitions and project visits.
• Enforce industrial safety protocols, prioritising the protection of participants and team members.
• Organise visitor flow, ensuring experiences are informative, safe and well‑structured.
• Communicate empathetically and professionally, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with logistics, technical and communications teams to execute activities smoothly.
• Support logistical tasks including material distribution, transport orientation and on‑site coordination.
• Report incidents or irregularities through established company channels.
• Attend required trainings on safety, communication, technical content and audience management.
• Promote respect, good coexistence and understanding of mining activities to strengthen social licence.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or guided‑tour roles (preferred).
• Effective communication skills and comfort speaking in public.
• Commitment to safety and respect for all participants.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage groups of people.
• Availability to attend trainings and workshops.
