About the role

Building Tomorrow is seeking an External Relations Coordinator to support its Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships teams in strengthening government support for the Roots to Rise program and coordinating donor and partner engagements.

Key responsibilities

  • Support strategic partnerships by planning donor/partner field visits, preparing briefs, agendas, and reporting outcomes.
  • Assist government relations by coordinating government field visits, drafting correspondence, and organizing events such as roundtables and conferences.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Policy, International Development, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in donor relations, government engagement, or education reform, preferably in Uganda.

Required skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
