Scale Project Manager

About the role

Building Tomorrow is seeking a dynamic Scale Project Manager to lead the operational rollout of its government‑led foundational learning model across Uganda. The role will coordinate logistics, budgets and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful national scale‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute logistics for large‑scale training events, including venue management, participant registration, material distribution and trainer deployment.
• Manage the operational budget for the rollout in coordination with finance and senior technical staff.
• Serve as the operational liaison to Primary Teacher Colleges (PTCs) and UNITE campuses, providing logistical support for curriculum integration.
• Support field implementation teams by supplying information, materials and coordination for district‑level activities.
• Monitor implementation data, develop sustainability indicators and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Current member of the Building Tomorrow staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration or a related field (Master’s or PMP preferred).
